	Electromagnetic actuator of microtribometer. The procedure of calculation of main parametres of the electromagnets used at reciprocal tribometer is described. The ways of linearization of traction characteristic of a drive are described.
	Calculation of parameters of circular membrane. Published 2008 Jul 26. The project created in VB6 allowes to calculate displacement of an arm fixed at the center of circular membrane. The program was used at design of reciprocal tribometer.
